Hi Pierre,

Thank you for your online entry for the 2014 Freedom Challenge Race across South Africa (RASA2014).

 Participants

The 2014 Freedom Challenge Race across South Africa will be limited to 80 participants allocated on a first come first served basis.  You have been provisionally allocated a place.

 Securing your entry

To secure your entry you are required, within 14 days, to do the following:

1.             Pay a deposit of R4 200

2.          Complete the full entrant information set out in the attached document and email it back to the Race office   (meryl@freedomchallenge.org.za)

3.       Submit a race photo (if there is not yet one on the Freedom Challenge website or you would like to replace the existing one for an updated one!)

Should we not receive either the deposit or the full entrant information by due date your entry will be cancelled and your place re-allocated.

 Payment of deposits

The deposit to secure your place must be paid to the race account:

All payments must be clearly marked with your surname and the event for which you are entered.

 Entry fee

 The entry fee for the 2014 Freedom Challenge Race across South Africa is the following:

 R21 500

 Balance of entry fee

Unless alternative arrangements are made with the race organizers, the balance of entry fees are payable by 31 December 2013.

 Forfeiture of payments

The deposit and the race fee are not refundable.  However, any amounts paid towards your entry may be transferred to another participant or carried over to the following year (but not beyond that), less a 20% administration fee, provided that written notification of the intended carryover or transfer is received at least 30 days before the start of the event. Cancellation less than 30 days before the event will result in the full forfeiture of monies paid.
