Training


Groenkloof must be one of the best choices to practice for the Freedom Challenge.
There’s enough Jeep track, single track and technical, then the best part is the hiking trail of 15km (Yellow)

My normal approach is a 21km track and then 15km hiking with my full kit and my steed on my back. Mimic this a few times and the legs start to burnnnn. Just what I need.

Its also important to learn how to relax. LOL
