Day 2. Allendale to Ntsekeni

What a day. It was a hard ride. For starters I know now that my shoes are for the city only.......not for anything outside the city boundaries. My toes almost freezed off........I thought I sustained frostbite. I sprained my ankle today walking through the grass. Now its the knees and an ankle. Whyyy???. Thanks to "Pain Stop" and some of Dave's Cataflam........all is well.

Then after the defrost we crossed the river and had a lekka picnic. Fantastic. The scenery is amazing, one could not explain it to someone, you need to be there to see it for yourself.........Gods creation.
Our halfway stop was at Centocow where we had lekka soup and brootjie, and some lekk peanut butter and jam as well.

And then the awesome RED ROAD. WTF!!!!!!!.  It was insane. And then the long grass lands (especially for the hard tails MOS) harde gat word sagte gat. The fence crossing was a lot of fun and required a bid of teamwork. Once again I just want to thank Pierre and David for their navigation. We make a super team. Well done gents. 

So we had a good 14 hour day, think about it.......its one long ride. Man its lekka. The food at Ntsikeni was super lekka not to speak about the people's warming attitudes. So frendly. Real people.
