Day 1. PMB to Allendale

Minerva Station
Gert on his Lister motor
Our first river crossing
Live at its best
Staadig oor die klippe

So we left PMB 6am this morning and arrived at 6pm at Allendale. Waw. 12h. Things went very slow at the river crossing for the path was overgrown and so we had a bid of an argument with the thorn bushes. Man did we struggle. LOL. I managed to tear my new red FC sleeve, not funny.

I had the privilege to ride with David and Pierre , wonderful people. Hope to keep up until we get to Diemersfontein. It was an awesome day out there, the wind was hectic and almost blow me off my bike, we had some rain in the morning as well. My knees started to pain a bit at HenaHena pass, not now, not on the first day.

So yes i've made it. Jippppie. Now to get a good nights sleep and then off tomorrow at 4am. Gonna be a long cold one out. But still a lot of fun.

For everyone out there in their warm beds.........have a great one. Hahah.

Tot more weer.
